WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We’re sorry you didn’t love our products! We want you to love your experience with MBEAUTY STORE as much as possible.

Our policy is that we are happy to accept returns for damaged or incorrect items within 14 days (shipping order) from delivery date and 7 days (pick up order) from your picked up date.

 

1. Item(s) must be returned in original condition.

All items that are damaged, defective or incorrect must be in its original packaging. Original packaging means the packaging is undamaged, item unused, and includes all original tags, any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Returned item(s) must be unopened, unused, not tried on, unaltered, and undamaged.

If, upon inspection, the item is found not to be in its original condition, we reserve the right to return it to the customer.

 

2. Please submit your return requests.

To return an item, please request your return via email within 14 days (shipping order) from delivery date and within 7 days (Pick up order) from your picked up date.

Please include the following information in your email:

  1. Your name:
  2. Order number:
  3. Reason for return

We will review and process it within 1-2 business days. Return process may take 3 to 7 business days from the date the package is received for inspection.

 

3. Customers are responsible for the additional costs associated with return.

- Any orders that are returned without submitting your return request will be sent back to the customer or will be charged 20% restocking fee.

 

- If the original order was qualified for a free shipping or a promotional shipping, full shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

4. Claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items

Any claims for damaged, defected, wrong, or missing items must be submitted within 14 days (shipping order) from the delivery date and within 7days (pick up order) from your picked up date.

Shipping order

It must be accompanied by your item photos as evidence for your claim via email. All claims can take 1 to 14 business days to be processed. 

Pick-up order

It must be returned with your invoice or email confirmation along with your ID.

Return Credit will be issued after the inspection is completed and will be issued to the same credit card to which they were originally charged.

 

5. Refused Package / Undeliverable Addressed (Return To Sender)

If you wish to have your order reshipped, there will be an additional payment needed for the cost of shipping.

Unwilling or unable to pay for shipping, package will be treated as a regular return. A 20% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping costs are not refundable.

 

6. Pick-up order

- Returns and exchanges for all pick-up orders are issued at the store with in 7days from your picked up date.

- After pick-up wigs, ponytails, used products ineligible for return or exchange.

 

7. Ineligible items for return or exchange

- All wigs and ponytails are not returnable or exchangeable due to hygienic reasons.

- Hair extensions that are opened, unraveled (not in original condition) are not eligible.

- Clearance items, Special Sale items, Promotional items, Special Order items

- All Cosmetics, hair accessories, hair care products are final.

- Any product that is opened, used, tried on, altered, damaged by customers, missing pieces and packaging materials.

 

RETURN/EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

Returns Department can be reached via email only. Email address is info@mbeautystore.com.

1. Email your order / invoice number at info@mbeautystore.com to request a Return Form. You may request the form within 14 days of the order delivery date.

Note: Please ensure that the item remains undamaged while in transit. For damaged item(s) or packaging, we charge extra 75% as restocking fee. Returned orders without the Return Slip will not be accepted.

2. Upon receiving the item, the your refund request will be processed within 7~10 business days.
